Delivery Policy

Sealy Specialist Sleep Centre members offer both delivery or customer collection services.

Delivery within a 50km radius is free. Further than that, a delivery charge will apply and is set by each individual retailer.

The delivery fee is not included in the online purchase order.

There is an additional surcharge fee for orders delivered to outlying areas.

Once your order is placed, the retailer will contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery.

Sealy Specialist Sleep Centre members shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

On delivery the customer is responsible for receiving and checking the products in the presence of the 3rd party delivery services. We require the delivery note to be signed by the customer indicating that each item received is in good order. Sealy Specialist Sleep Centre members cannot be held liable for any damages that are not clearly marked on the delivery note.

Deliveries will only be made where there is reasonable access. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the items can easily pass through doors, staircases etc. No products will be hoisted up balconies, or through windows. If customers request that these terms be ignored, Sealy Sleep Centre members will not be held liable for any damaged goods or damage to personal property.

Removing old mattresses from your premises on request will be free of charge, and returned to our stores for disposal.
