Refund Policy

Sealy Specialist Sleep Centre: Refund Policy

Should Sealy supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty as a result of us, Sealy shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Certain made-to-order items may only be returned for a replacement but not for refund.

If damages incurred are not the result of Sealy, we will only accept items back if they are still wrapped in original packaging, within 7 days. These items may be refunded, minus any delivery fees. If the packing has been opened but not used, Sealy will refund less any delivery fees and charge a handling / rewrapping fee of up to 10%.
Sealy works on a seven-day refund policy, provided all details regarding refund are known.

Sealy offers a 30-night ‘Happiness Guarantee’: if you are not comfortable on your Sealy mattress within 30 nights of buying it, we will exchange it for another. Terms and conditions apply.

Cash refunds will not be given, and any monies due will be paid back into the user’s bank account.
